America’s Got Talent: All-Stars (AGT: All-Stars) is finally here!

Over the next few weeks, 60 acts from the Got Talent franchise will compete to win the title of Winner of AGT: All-Stars! Which acts impressed AGT stalwart judges Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, and Howie Mandel? Did any act receive a Golden Buzzer? Which act did the superfans advance to the finale? Read on to find out!

Also, Jake’s Take will be giving letter grades out this season!

After Terry Crews entered, he revealed that two acts would advance to the finale (one via Superfan vote and one Golden Buzzer). Tonight, Howie can press a Golden Buzzer for an act of his choosing. Hand balancing act The Bello Sisters returned to the AGT stage for the first time since 2020. Due to the pandemic, the Bello Sisters had to compete remotely in their home country of Italy. The sisters revealed to Simon that they had continued practicing since the Season 15 finale. Their routine to “I Ran (So Far Away)” was memorable, and they have improved their act. It was exciting to see them perform, especially when they did their act on a raised platform. Well done, ladies. B+

Seven-year-old poet Aneeshwar Kunchala was a breakout act on Britain’s Got Talent: Series 15. Tonight, he reunited with the Got Talent creator and revealed that Simon kept chewing gum on the BGT set. He brought his world conservation expertise to the AGT stage. Aneeshwar is a strong presenter and passionate storyteller. He has a bright future ahead of him.  B+/A-

Simon Cowell’s first Golden Buzzer act, Caly Beiver, made her return to AGT All-Stars. I was bored by the song and would have buzzed Caly. I wished we had Season Four runner-up Barbara Padilla in Caly’s place. F

Lioz is back! He is one of my favorite comedic magicians, and already Heidi Klum was complaining about why he was on the show. I loved that he mentioned his Australia’s Got Talent and Britain’s Got Talent endeavors. He asked Heidi to join him on stage and handed her a magic wand, which was also a back scratcher. Lioz’s antics made me laugh so hard. He also pulled a bra that was “111” and “B.” Unfortunately, Simon buzzed him. B+

I yelled at my television when I saw Jeanick Fournier walk across the stage! The Canada’s Got Talent: Season Two winner is one of the greatest vocalists I have seen compete on the Got Talent franchise. Tonight, she sang “I’ll Never Love Again,” and I fell in love with her vocals once again. Well done, Jeanick! I am so glad that the American audience got to hear her sing.

Ellie Kemper’s Golden Buzzer act and Season 14 Finalists, Light Balance Kids, returned to AGT. Some of their families are still fighting Russian forces in Ukraine. Their AGT All-Stars performance is the first time that they have performed since the war broke out. Once again, the Light Balance Kids proved they are spectacular entertainers, and their visual effects vastly improved. Also, kudos to some of the Light Balance adults who joined them. Congratulations on receiving Howie’s Golden Buzzer!

Another AGT: Season 14 act, A cappella quartet Berywam, walked on the stage with the desire to become world champions. Their vocals hypnotized me and brought a new twist to “Bad Guy.” This group came to play, and I loved how they made Howie and Heidi jump from the Judges’ Desk! They delivered an epic performance! A-

Aerialist Alan Silva’s loved ones cheered as he walked on the stage. He revealed that he could buy a home from his family because of AGT. I got chills when Alan performed his routine to Kesha’s “This is Me.” The aerial choreography was outstanding and made my jaw drop. His final death-defying drop made my jaw drop! The performance was perfect! A+

AGT: Season 16 Finalist (and Sofia Vergara’s Golden Buzzer act) Jimmie Herrod received a hero’s welcome when he walked onto the stage. While I did not know the song Jimmie sang, his outstanding vocal range blew me away. He delivered a vocal touchdown!

For the first time in 15 years, AGT: Season Two winner Terry Fator returned to compete on a spin-off. Since winning the show, Terry became a household name and a Las Vegas icon! He brought his longtime friend, Winston the Impersonating Turtle, with him. I saw him live in Vegas in 2011, and he is fantastic. Winston sang Andrea Bocelli’s “The Prayer,” and I was in awe again. He also brought out “Sir Elton John” and his Million Dollar Piano to sing “Rocket Man,” and Winston sang “Cold Heart.” Once again, Terry Fator showed why he is one of the most outstanding winners in franchise history. A+

The superfans voted and Terry revealed that the Bello Sisters, Caly (Really? This Halsey Wannabee Over Jeanick and Jimmie? WTF is wrong with you, superfans?), and Terry Fator! I am so surprised and frustrated that Alan, Jimmie, and Jeanick were eliminated! The superfans voted the Bello Sisters? Really! They took down Terry….I am very disappointed with the results!
