In five days, a new batch of aspiring superstars will audition to have the chance to be mentored by four of the hottest names in music: Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Cee Lo Green and Christina Aguilera.    To celebrate the premiere of the show’s third season premiere, jacobelyacharjournalist.com tracks down several standouts from the show’s second season to see what they have been up to:

Juliet Simms (Second Place): The Indie rocker’s moving covers of “Roxanne” and “It’s A Man’s World” were some of the best performances of the season.   Currently, the second place finisher has been featured on the covers of multiple magazines including People: Style Watch and Substream Magazine.  In addition, she is currently rotating between the recording studio and performing at events including an upcoming show in Tampa, Florida with David Cook.  For more information about Juliet’s activity, visit her website: http://www.julietsimms.com/

Tony Lucca (Third Place): Team Adam’s finalist has been busy since the show wrapped its second season in May.  He has performed in multiple venues ranging from singing the National Anthem at the Chicago White Sox game to reuniting with his fellow Voice alums Simms and Chris Mann at the Grove in Los Angeles.    Currently, Tony will be traveling across the country on his Chapter Two tour.  To catch up with Tony, visit his website: http://tonylucca.com/

Chris Mann (Fourth Place): Team Christina’s opera superstar is hard at work preparing his exclusive holiday album that will be released for Wal-Mart on October 30 and has recorded a duet with Tony and Grammy winner Heather Headley for her upcoming album.    In addition, Chris is scheduled to perform in Pittsburgh, PA for the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center Gala. Katrina Parker (Top Eight):  This former office worker stunned fans with her impressive covers of “Killing Me Softly” and “Jar of Hearts” is currently preparing her debut EP that is scheduled to drop later this year.   Meanwhile, she will be appearing this upcoming weekend at the Kansas City Live Well Expo.
