This Monday, original judges Christina Aguilera and CeeLo Green will return to the hit singing competition as three-time champion Blake Shelton hopes to defend his three-time championship.

As every loyal Voice fanatic knows, the first part of every season is the Blind Auditions.  During the Blind Auditions, hopefuls must impress Aguilera, Green, Shelton and returning coach Adam Levine.

But before the fifth season’s Blind Auditions begin, Jake’s Take prepared a two-part celebration of the show that focuses on the best Blind Auditions and Live Show performances from the show’s previous four seasons.

24. Midas Whale-“Folsom Prison Blues” (Team Adam; Season Four)

One of the highlights of the Season Four Blind Auditions was Midas Whale’s folksy spin to the late Johnny Cash’s “Folsom Prison Blues.”  But despite both Usher and Shakira’s intriguing sales pitch, they joined Team Adam.

23. De’Borah-“Who Knew” (Team Christina; Season Three)

Team Christina’s De’Borah impressed her coach and the audience with her take on P!nk’s hit.  Her surprise elimination remains one of the most disappointing eliminations in Voice history.

Ever since Christina Perri debuted “Jar of Hearts” on So You Think You Can Dance in 2010, the song has been a staple on multiple Reality TV shows.  Katrina Parker delivered the best cover of “Jar of Hearts” when she performed it on the show’s sophomore season.  It gave everyone chills and wished that Katrina made it to the finals.

One of Team Cee Lo’s resident rockers of Season Two delivered a fiery cover of Lenny Kravitz’s “Are You Gonna Go My Way?” that received a standing ovation from both his coach and Adam, who stated: “Forget about teams and egos, this moment proves that you embody what this show is with what you just did.”

17. Monique Abbadie-“Loca” (Team Shakira; Season Four)

Monique Abbadie’s Blind Audition was probably the most entertaining audition of the season for three reasons: Monique’s powerhouse vocals, Shakira’s body language throughout the performance and her enthusiastic family members.
