For the first time in the history of Dancing with the Stars, the show’s viewers were able to vote for a celebrity to join the competition.    They had a choice between Season Five favorite Sabrina Bryan, Season 11 runner-up Kyle Massey and Season 13 standout Carson Kressley.

The fans have voted…. they chose to bring back Sabrina Bryan!

While she will not be reunited with her original partner: two-time champion Mark Ballas, Sabrina will be in capable hands as her professional partner Louis Van Amstel has delivered his partners to the final stages of the competition: quarterfinals (Monique Coleman in Season Three), semifinals (Lisa Rinna in Season Two) and the finale (Kelly Osbourne in Season Nine).

In this article, I will layout why Sabrina and Louis are potential candidates to make it to the finale of Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars and who might be Sabrina’s toughest competitors.

Her Previous History with the show

When Sabrina made her debut five years ago, her Cha-Cha-Cha was one of the highest scoring debuts on the show so far.  She won fans over week after week with her impressive footwork and chemistry with Mark.   But she really cemented her place in the show’s elite with her perfect Paso Doble. (To watch the routine again, click here: http://youtu.be/BUwxLIHuWUQ) Everyone (including host Tom Bergeron) thought she was going to be in the finale, but was tragically eliminated in week six of the competition.      She knows what it is like to be eliminated early and I think she will use that as a reason to power through her competition and make it to the show’s final stage.

She’s entertaining

Of all the women that are on this all-star season, Sabrina is only one who constantly entertains with her routines.    This is because she successfully draws from her experience with the show (she went on tour with the show in 2008 and recently performed in Vegas with the Troupe) and outside the show as a Cheetah Girl.  There is no doubt that Louis and Sabrina will perform incredible routines that will make them stand out during this upcoming season.

The fanbase

Sabrina would not be back on the show without the support that she has gotten from the fans.    Team Sabrina will be out in full support this season to make sure that their girl will be the celebrity to grab the Mirror Ball trophy when Tom announces the winning couple during the show’s finale in November.  However, Team Sabrina’s champion might run into fierce competition coming from her rivals….

Sabrina and her closest competitors…

Every dancer that will be competing this season wants the Mirror Ball Trophy.  Sabrina and Louis’ toughest competitors will be Joey Fatone and Kym Johnson, Gilles Marini and Peta Murgatroyd and Shawn Johnson and Derek Hough.     Joey, Gilles and Shawn are brilliant showmen because they bedazzle both fans and judges with their impressive routines and have made it to their respective season’s finales in the past.   Sabrina and Louis need to start to work right away on how to counter their routines and bring the sizzle factor to this season.
