Last night, the second set of America’s Got Talent: Season 11 semifinalists took the Dolby Theatre stage by storm.

I believe that there was a fine line between “not ready for prime time” and “ready for Las Vegas” and several of the semifinalists proved that not only willing to win the title, but also shown that they would have long and lasting careers in their respective fields.

Which acts made it to the final? Which acts had to rely on the judges (Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Mel B, and Howie Mandel) and the Dunkin’ Save to join Laura Bretan, Grace Vanderwaal, Sal Valentinetti, Tape Face, and Jon Dorenbos in next week’s finale?  Read on to find out!

After Nick recapped the electrifying performance night and introducing the judges, he revealed the three acts that were danger from elimination and needed either the Dunkin’ Save or the Judges’ Save. Sofie Dossi, Viktor Kee, and Stephen Brundage were at risk of being eliminated. As the trio exited the stage, Nick showcased the origin stories of the remaining finalists.

Nick revealed that AGT had the biggest voting turnout in its history. Up first, The Passing Zone, Kadan Bart Rockett, and the Clairvoyants. The first finalists of the night were The Clairvoyants!

After a quick trip to the Dunkin’ Lounge, rising R&B star Andra Day joined forces with America’s Got Talent alums Blue Journey for an impeccable interpretation of Day’s Grammy-nominated hit: “Rise Up.”  It was an inspiring performance, and I was so happy to see Blue Journey performing on AGT once again.

As the trio exited the stage, it was time to reveal the second act that will be singing for America’s vote. In a battle between Kadie Lynn, Calysta Bevier, and Brian Justin Crum, America chose correctly and sent Brian Justin Crum into the finals!  The third act that America carried into the finale was Linkin’ Bridge!

After previewing Mel B’s adventure with Bear Grylls on Running Wild and revealing the Judges’ secrets, it was time to reveal the Dunkin’ Save recipient. The final recipient of Season 11’s Dunkin’ Save was Sofie Dossi!

And then there were two: Stephen Brundage and Viktor Kee! Each of them wanted a place in the Season 11 finale. However, the judges could only select one act. Heidi kicked off the vote and selected Viktor. Mel B went with Stephen, while Simon went for Stephen. Howie caused another deadlock and picked Viktor.  Based on America’s vote, they went with Viktor Kee!

Next week, the Top 10 square off for the $1,000,000 prize!
