The Masked Singer’s sophomore season is nearing its closure. After saying goodbye to Flower Mask (Patti LaBelle), Butterfly Mask (Michelle Williams), and Tree Mask (Ana Gasteyer), we are down to five masked performers.  By the end of the evening, only three performers made it to the Season Two finale.

Which panelists (Ken Jeong, Nicole Scherzinger, Robin Thicke, and Jenny McCarthy) correctly deduced the eliminated performers’ identity? Who made it to the Masked Singer finale? Read on to find out!

The Masked Singer: Season Two semifinals focused on the holiday season as the remaining singers performed holiday classics. The Fox Mask has spent over 30 years in the entertainment industry. He sang Donny Hathaway’s “This Christmas,” and I immediately picked out Wayne Brady’s voice. After Jenny revealed that Fox’s stage presence and sound moved her, he gave the panel a photo of The Rabbit (Joey Fatone), and he stated that the Fox would enjoy the Masked Singer. The group guessed that the Fox was either Jamie Foxx, Tyrese Gibson, and Wayne Brady (right on the money, Robin!)

The Rottweiler revealed that he smiled from ear to ear under the mask. He also added that his family would be proud of his time on The Masked Singer. He performed The Killers’ “Mr. Brightside,” and he blew me away! I firmly believe that Chris Daughtry is under the mask and that he earned a standing ovation from the panel. His gift for the panel was a handmade Christmas card that featured him, Nick, and the panelists. They guessed that Darren Criss, James Franco, or Journey frontman Arnel Pineda were the Rottweiler.

Thingumajig revealed that he had a rough year and that the Masked Singer healed him. He sang Bing Crosby’s “Winter Wonderland.” In all honesty, this was his weakest performance, and I still have no idea who this guy is! He gave the panelists Indiana Jones’ hat and whip. Ken made the wildest (but most correct) guess and predicted Victor Oladipo.

The Flamingo Mask is the last woman standing! She revealed that she started in the church choir and dedicated her performance to her supporters. Flamingo sang Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah” for her chance to perform in the Season Two finals. I got chills for the first time this evening, and I fought it was Fantasia or Naya Riviera singing the tune. However, I remembered hearing Adrienne Bailon’s voice. While Robin predicted that the Flamingo might be in the finale, the Flamingo gave them a globe and revealed that she was baptized in Israel. Both Jenny and Nicole correctly guessed that it was The Real’s Adrienne Bailon, while Ken thought it was Jessica Simpson.

The Leopard was the final performer of the evening. He revealed that the Leopard Mask started his career as an 11-year-old in a nativity play. He added when he was doing the Masked Singer for his kids. Tonight, the Leopard (Seal) performed Dame Shirley Bassey’s “Big Spender,” and he hit out of the park. I still believe that the Leopard is the former Voice Australia coach-Seal. After Jenny declared that his best performance to date, Leopard gave them blueprints to his dream home. The panelists guessed that Leopard Mask was Eric Benet, Jeff Goldblum, and Seal (right on, Nicole and Robin)!

After all of the performances, it was time for The Masked Singer panel and audience to vote. First, they sent home Thingumajig! The panel’s final guesses were Paul George, Montell Jordan, and Victor Oladipo. For the first time this season, Ken was RIGHT! Thingumajig was Victor Oladipo!

The second Masked Singer performer that said “Goodbye” was the Leopard! That meant that Flamingo, Fox, and Rottweiler were the Season Two finalists. The panel was shocked by his elimination; however, the group guessed Seal (Robin and Nicole), Eric Benet (Jenny), and Jeff Goldblum (Ken). It turned out that both Robin and Nicole were right, the Leopard was SEAL!

Next week, The Masked Singer hands out its second Golden Mask!
