The Masked Singer: Season Seven is themed – “The Good, the Bad, and the Cuddly,” and a representative of Team Good has already landed in the finale.

Tonight, Group B made their debuts! Both Armadillo and the Ringmaster represented Team Good, while Lemur and Miss Teddy represented Team Cuddly. Meanwhile, Hydra was Team Bad’s only representative this round. Which performers stole the show? Who joined Duff Goldman, Jorge Garcia, and Jordan Mailata in The Masked Singer: Season Seven elimination club? Did panelists Ken Jeong, Nicole Scherzinger, Robin Thicke, and Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg correctly deduce the eliminated performer’s identity? Read on to find out!

After Nick Cannon got off his throne and introduced the panelists, it was time to get down to business! Miss Teddy kicked off the evening for Team Cuddly. Her pre-performance commercial included a stuffed Santa Claus, a butterfly, and a rainbow. She sang Popcorn Mask (Taylor Dayne)’s “Tell It to My Heart.” Jenny praised the performance, while both Robin and Nicole revealed that they knew who was under the mask. Jenny thought Miss Teddy was Jill Scott, while Robin suggested it was CeCe Peniston. Meanwhile, Nicole guessed Loretta Devine.

The monstrous Hydra represented Team Bad this round. Their pre-performance commercial had a picture of a shark, a beach ball, “ask your amigos” on the Eightball, and gave Ken a shoutout. They took The Masked Singer stage to perform Train’s “Hey Soul Sister,” and in all honesty, I could not guess the trio was under the monstrous costume. Jenny thought it was The Big Lebowski’s Jeff Bridges, John Goodman, and Steve Buscemi. Meanwhile, Ken guessed Hydra was The Three Amigos trio Chevy Chase, Steve Martin, and Martin Short, and Robin joined him in the guess.

Before the show aired, The Masked Singer retweeted a “Good Luck” message from music legend John Oates who revealed that his “celebrity bestie” was the Ringmaster. There was a mug with Miley Cyrus’ photo in her pre-performance commercial, a tic-tac-toe board, and a drivers’ license. She sang Miley Cyrus’s “The Climb,” for her debut, and she gave me chills with her vocals. Nicole called her voice – “beautiful” and “dynamic.” She also revealed that she had a past connection with Nicole. The X Factor veteran judge thought it was Olivia Rodrigo, while Robin guessed Kacey Musgraves.

Lemur left Team Cuddly headquarters to make her Masked Singer debut. Her pre-performance package featured a sun, a guitar, and a jar of night cream. Ken Jeong thought Lemur was Jennifer Aniston, and the audience promptly shouted: “No Ken!” She sang Carole King’s “I Feel the Earth Move,” and I was again stumped. As the audience jeered, Ken stated that the Friends icon graced Rolling Stone’s covers multiple times, dated John Mayer (the guitar), and is a skincare enthusiast (night cream). Nicole thought it was Goldie Hawn, and Robin added Melanie Griffin.

The Armadillo was the last performer to grace the stage. In his pre-performance clue package featured rocks, hot dogs, “beefcake,” and sunglasses. He sang “Secret Agent Man,” and he was the worst singer of the bunch in all honesty. Ken thought it was Chuck Norris, while Nicole Scherzinger guessed Erik Estrada and Jenny added Vin Diesel into the mix.

After the panelists and audience voted, it was time to say goodbye to Lemur(!!) Nicole stood by her original guess of Goldie Hawn, while Jenny suggested Pamela Anderson. Robin doubled-down his guess of Melanie Griffin, and Ken thought it was Christie Brinkley. It turned out that Ken was right….Lemur was CHRISTIE BRINKLEY!

Next week, it is Group B’s Semifinals!
