Last night, The Voice Top Eight took the stage!

With the help of several former coaches (CeeLo Green, Usher & Gwen Stefani), several contestants (Kimberly Nichole, Joshua Davis and Koryn Hawthorne) rose above the pack and delivered spectacular performances.

So who won a place in the Final Six? Which artists had to sing in the Instant Save? Read on to find out…

So You Think You Can Dance judge Jason DeRulo teamed up with Team Christina to entertain the crowd with “Want to Want Me.” I loved the vocal chemistry between the ladies and Jason; I hope that we can see another judge from another show (like AGT’s Mel B and Idol’s Harry Connick, Jr.) perform on The Voice soon.

As Jason left the stage, Carson delivered the first batch of results! The first artist that was saved by America’s votes was Joshua Davis. Before Carson revealed more of the results, the Today host and Blake promoted Red Nose Day by wearing red noses. While Carson left the stage, Adam’s first artist to sign on his record label,222 Records, Rozzi Crane delivered her single: “Psycho.” When I saw her at the Kansas City stop of the Maroon 5 tour, I remembered her brilliant set and her mad vocal skills. She is going to be a superstar!

While Rozzi left the stage with much fanfare, it was time for the remaining seven artists to hear more of the results! The next two artists that were saved were Team Pharrell’s Sawyer Fredericks and Team Blake’s Meghan Linsey. Before we got to more results, Lee Brice teamed up with Corey Kent White on “Drinking Class.” It was a boring performance.

Up first to sing for the Instant Save was Team Blake’s Hannah Kirby! She tackled Imagine Dragon’s “Radioactive” and while I thought it was solid performance, no one could do “Radioactive” better than Caleb Johnson or Will Champlin and she lost my vote! C- Corey’s final performance was just all over the place! F Team Christina’s India Carney rounded out the round with her take on Christina Perri’s “Human.” I loved hearing her lower register at the beginning and she slayed the song! If she doesn’t get the save, there is something wrong with America’s voting system. A

Thank you for saving India! I am super happy for her—best Top Six line-up ever!
