The Canadian-born singer-songwriter is focused on creating inspiring music in a genre that has always spoken to her. Through original songs such as “Cadillac Lovers” and “Slow Dancin’ in the Dark,” Kimberly has gained a fan base through using her natural talent for storytelling and music to express an authentic message of perseverance, humility, courage, and resilience.   

Kimberly Dawn opened for Wilson Phillips in 2015, performed at Los Angeles’ House of Blues and red carpet charity events throughout her career. In addition, “Slow Dancin’ in the Dark” was nominated for Best Country Song in the 2019 Hollywood Music in Media Awards and appeared on several podcasts such as All About You and Striptd Down with Ali Levine.  Also, she launched a special series on her YouTube series: This is Me
