It is a pleasure to welcome back to the Jake’s Take with Jacob Elyachar franchise – singer, dancer, choreographer, and TikTok star Frankie Zulferino.

Frankie has been singing and dancing for much of his life. After performing in theatrical productions based in New York City and countless vocal lessons, he decided to audition and became the first member of the boyband WOW. Frankie traveled across Canada and Europe as they opened for Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez with the group. Despite his success with WOW, Frankie decided to pursue a career as a solo artist.

As a solo artist, Frankie caught the attention of Ryan Seacrest and Perez Hilton, who featured him on their respective websites. He also appeared on The CW’s The Next, where Joe Jonas mentored him during the show’s New York City stop. After the show aired, Frankie toured across China and at New York Fashion Week.

Recently, Frankie Zulferino developed a massive social media following thanks to his covers, including Chaka Khan’s “I Feel for You,” George Michael’s “Faith,” and his tributes to Janet Jackson, Ne-Yo, and Paula Abdul. Also, multiple media outlets such as American Songwriter, Broadway World, and Rolling Stone India have recognized his original music.

In this edition of The Jake’s Take with Jacob Elyachar PodcastFrankie Zulferino spoke about his latest single: “Hit That,” with Universal Music Group recording artist Melii. He also talked about receiving praise from Paula Abdul herself after his viral dance tribute to the former American Idol judge.
