I am so excited for 2015. This year will be huge in pop culture for several reasons!

Fleetwood Mac continues its On With The Show tour (January 16, 2015)

One of the greatest rock-and-roll bands of all-time will resume its latest tour in North America in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The group’s tour will make stops in New York City, Des Moines, Nashville, St. Louis, Kansas City and Denver before traveling across the pond to entertain their European fans.

The Queen of The Voice is coming back! That’s right… Christina Aguilera is returning to the NBC singing competition after taking two seasons off. But, the “Your Body” singer will have her hands full as she has to deal with four-time Voice champion Blake Shelton, old sparring partner Adam Levine who will be jonesing for his third win and new fan-favorite coach Pharrell Williams!

The Queen of Pop’s Rebel Hart (March 10, 2015)

Music aficionados and fans were surprised when Madonna released six high quality tracks to her upcoming 13th studio album after several un-edited songs were leaked onto the Internet. If the remaining unreleased Rebel Heart tracks are like the first six, Madonna is going to rule the music world once again!

Classic DC Comics stories return for Convergence (April-May 2015)

DC Comics fans were screaming for joy when DC Entertainment teamed up with USA Today to announce their latest crossover series: Convergence. While veteran TV writer Jeff King (Continuum & White Collar) will mastermind the nine-part series, countless of creators are bringing back tons of old faces and storylines from the pre-New 52 days! Among the characters returning include Donna Troy, Oracle, Two-Face, Batgirl (Stephanie Brown), Renee Montoya and Wally & Linda West! Fans will also have to chance to see Superman with his true love and first wife, Lois Lane, in a special two-part mini-series.

The Avengers tackle Ultron in Avengers: Age of Ultron (May 1, 2015)

A lot has changed in the Marvel Cinematic Universe since the Avengers teamed up three years ago! HYDRA has destroyed S.H.I.E.L.D. and recent events have exhausted the Earth’s Mightiest Heroes. But, what happens when Tony Stark’s latest invention: Ultron becomes sentient and plots to annihilate Earth? Moviegoers find out as Chris Evans, Robert Downey, Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo and Jeremy Renner reprise their roles as the Avengers in Avengers: Age of Ultron.

Billy Joel returns to Kansas City (May 1, 2015)

While countless of Avengers fans will head to cinemas worldwide, I (along with my family) will be heading to Sprint Center to see the American Piano Man perform! This will be the third time that Billy Joel will perform at the Sprint Center. The six-time Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter previously performed at the Sprint Center’s inaugural season in 2007 and performed with Sir Elton John in their final Face-to-Face Tour in 2010.

AGT celebrates its tenth season (Summer 2015)

The NBC fan-favorite talent competition will reach a benchmark when it returns in May. America’s Got Talent will celebrate its tenth anniversary season! It will be interesting to see who will join America’s Judge, Howard Stern, on the judges’ bench. Want to audition for the show? Season 10 auditions will take place in Chicago, St. Louis, San Antonio, Santa Clara, Tacoma, Boise, Las Vegas and LA this year! Nick Cannon is expected to return as AGT’s host for his seventh season.

Star Wars; The Force Awakens (December 18, 2015)

Star Wars: The Force Awakens will challenge the Avengers for Box Office supremacy in December! The seventh installment of the space opera takes place 30 years after Return of the Jedi and focus on new characters portrayed by John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver and Oscar Isaac. In addition, Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Harrison Ford, Peter Mayhew, Anthony Daniels and Kenny Baker will reprise their iconic roles! Don’t want to wait to December? Superstar comic book creators Jason Aaron and John Cassaday will release their take on the Star Wars universe in a new ongoing title for Marvel Comics. Their first issue will drop on January 14, 2015!
