The Masked Singer is getting close to completing its first season! So far, we have seen five costumed celebrities reveal their identities.  Antonio Brown, Tommy Chong, Terry Bradshaw, Margaret Cho, and Tori Spelling delivered intriguing performances as the Hippo, Pineapple, Dear, Poodle, and Unicorn.  However, we are down to the best performers of the competition.

Tonight, the Bee, Monster, Peacock, and Raven masks fought for a chance to stay in the competition.  Who impressed the panel (Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy, Nicole Scherzinger, and Ken Jeong)? Which celebrity was forced to unmask? Read on to find out!

Before the episode aired, The Masked Singer posted new clues to its YouTube channel. A blank pregnancy test accompanied the Raven, while the Peacock held three plastic whales in his hand. A spinning skateboard wheel was paired with the Monster, and the Bee presented various pots and pans.

All four masks performed The Black Eyed Peas’ “I Gotta Feeling” and both the Peacock and the Bee stole the show. As the other masks left the stage, the Bee took the stage. The Masked Singer revealed that she started her first music group at the birthday party. Tonight, the Bee singer performed Miley Cyrus’ “Wrecking Ball.” This was a left-field song choice, but she performed beautifully. Robin Thicke was the first person to perfectly guess Gladys Knight and admitted that he “recognized” her stage persona. After her persona, the Bee revealed that she brought out a physical clue (baking supplies). The other members of the panel guessed either Patti LaBelle, Anita Baker, or Chaka Khan.

The show-stopping Peacock was the second to perform. He revealed that people would immediately recognize him with the mask off. Tonight, the Masked Singer gave me chills with his cover of John Legend’s “All of Me.” While he was performing, Jenny McCarthy guessed that the Peacock was Donny Osmond. The other panel guessed that the Masked Singer was Neil Patrick Harris, David Hasselhoff, Kenny G, Wayne Brady, and David Copperfield.  For his physical clue, the Peacock brought out a wig that was thrown into jail.

The Raven was the third Masked Singer to perform. She performed Sara Bareilles’s “Brave.” While I am not a huge fan of Raven’s voice, her showmanship and courage definitely shined through.   For her show and tell clue, the Raven brought out an Emmy Award.  The panel guessed that was the Raven was either Dr. Sheryl Underwood, Carnie Wilson, Ricki Lake (Robin Thicke), or Star Jones.

Lastly, the Monster closed out the Masked Singer competition with his solo performance and wanted to throw the panel off again. Tonight, he sang Lenny Kravitz’s ‘American Woman,” and the performer sounded like the “Stand” guitarist or Bo Bice. He also showcased some superb dance moves. While the panel guessed that Tommy Davidson, Lil Rev, and David Alan Grier was the singer, the Monster revealed his physical clue—a headset!

After the audience and the panel voted, it was time to learn which Masked Singer would be leaving the competition. The Raven said “Goodbye!” to the show; the panel guessed that Dr. Sheryl Underwood (Ken), Meghan McCain (Nicole), Ricki Lake (Robin), and Raven-Symone (Jenny).  It turned out that the “Blurred Lines” singer was right…it was RICKI LAKE!
