Party Arty: Ashton kicked off 2014 by spinning for a sold out crowd at one of Kansas City’s premier fundraisers. The Young Friends of Art sponsored this event that raised awareness for the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art’s latest exhibition: Echoes: Islamic Art and Contemporary Artists. They also previewed the museum’s upcoming event: Roads of Arabia: Archaeology and History of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which will make its debut in April.
